Picea, a Chinese manufacturer that was one of iRobot’s lenders and suppliers, owns iRobot. It completed its takeover on January 23, 2026, after iRobot filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on December 14, 2025.

Does the FCC rule affect Roomba?
